Introduction
CaorlePass is a free service exclusive to the Hoteliers Association Caorle , with the security and practicality offered by our booking centre, which allows you to book a holiday in Caorle, Porto Santa Margherita and Duna Verde.
To book on-line you need only give the details of the credit card “as guarantee” and you will receive directly a voucher to be presented on your arrival at the hotel. Everything avoiding wasting unnecessary time and from the comfort of your own home… and you will be all set to depart for Caorle.
The range of accommodation offered on Caorle  is extensive and highly appreciated. Most of the hotels, from the most refined and exclusive to the more economical, are small or medium-sized and family-run. They are equipped with services and facilities appropriate to their class and are capable of satisfying the requirements of every kind of clientele.
To book via Internet you need only make a search and click directly on BOOKING ON-LINE.

Booking On-Line
The CaorlePass system, advanced and reliable, allows direct on-line booking of your accommodation at one of the many accommodation facilities available through the site, 24 hours a day. Booking of hotels  is possible with advance warning of at least 2 days before the date of arrival. Each hotel  is presented with an information sheet which gives a description of the hotel, the category, location, prices and services available. The computer system automatically calculates the total price for the stay requested, bearing in mind the number of persons, the length of the stay, the board arrangements requested and any reductions and supplements. You need only choose the accommodation which most appeals to you and insert the data required. At the time of the on-line booking the client must insert his credit card data as guarantee. The inserted personal details and credit card data are protected by the Digital Certificate VerySign SSL (Secure Socket Layer) at 128 bit. The reservation is confirmed at the receiving of the voucher by e-mail from  CaorlePass. On the voucher, which must be presented on arrival at the hotel, are indicated the accommodation and board arrangements foreseen together with the relative prices  and the information necessary to contact the accommodation facility booked. The total amount of the accommodation as well as all extras, other services requested on the spot or anything not specifically indicated in the voucher must be paid in situ before departure. Telephone Booking
Calling the number (+39) 0421 81251 book your stay at one of our  Hotels,  with all the security and assistance of our multilingual telephonists of the Call Centre, which is open all year round from Monday to Friday. Per telephone it is possible to book even the day of your departure!!! On the basis of your requests and preferences our telephonists will help you to find the required accommodation. At the time of the booking the client must communicate his credit card data as guarantee. The inserted personal details and credit card data are protected by the Digital Certificate Very Sign SSL (Secure Socket Layer) at 128 bit. After just a few minutes the client will receive via fax from CaorlePass the booking voucher, which must be presented at the hotel on arrival. In the voucher are indicated the accommodation and board arrangements foreseen, together with the relative prices,  and the information necessary to contact the accommodation facility booked. The total amount of the accommodation as well as any extras, other services requested on the spot or anything not specifically indicated in the voucher must be paid in situ before departure. Any requests must be specified at the moment of booking. For special requirements the client is advised to contact the chosen hotel directly.

 

Hotel Services
The official classification is assigned by the provincial Tourist Office. Hotels are awarded from 1 to 4 stars, while, on the basis of the general quality of the buildings, facilities and services provided.
Double rooms: these are normally with two separate twin beds or double bed.
Three-bedded room: these are normally double rooms with an extra bed.
Four-bedded rooms: these are normally double rooms with two extra beds
Family rooms: spacious family rooms or communicating rooms
Single rooms: A price supplement is usually requested. In general the rooms are made available to guests after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be left free by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Board: bed and breakfast accommodation includes only breakfast; half-board accommodation includes breakfast and one other meal (usually the evening meal); full-board accommodation includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks are excluded in half and full-board accommodation. Some hotel facilities offer programmes of entertainment and shows.The activities and the use of services such as beach services, swimming-pool, television, telephone, safe, mini-bar, air-conditioning etc. may be enjoyed according to the indications of the information sheet for the individual accommodation facilities.All the services and extras, if requested, together with drinks consumed, must be paid for in situ. Payment may be made in cash or by credit card, where these are accepted.

The description and the prices of hotel services have been supplied to us by the hotels themselves. The CaorlePass booking centre shall not be held responsible by the client for any breach on the part of the hotel or residence which received the booking, in terms of the adequacy of the accommodation or the failure to supply the services agreed, in whole or in part.

 

Children and Reductions
Children under the age of 12 at the time of the stay are usually entitled to special reductions, calculated automatically by the computer system. Discounts for children, together with any discounts for the 3rd and 4th bed, are referred to accommodation in a room with 2 persons paying the full rate. Cots and meals for babies, if requested, must be paid for in situ.

 

Cancellations
According to convention at local hotels and accommodation facilities, in the event of cancellation of the on line booking, the guest must pay the hotel a penalty represented by a percentage of the stay booked according to the date the hotel is informed of the cancellation:

  • No penality for cancellations 14 days before arrival;
  • 10’% of the price of the stay, for cancellations between the 13th and the 7th day before arrival;
  • 25% of the price of the stay, for cancellations between the 6th and the 3th day before arrival;
  • 50% of the price of the stay, for cancellations made in the 2 days before arrival, with a minimum of 1 night’s stay.

For telephone bookings guaranteed by credit card, in the event of annulment or no show the cancellation conditions given on the voucher will apply. Any deposit already paid will constitute partial or total payment of the aforesaid penalties

 

Information Regarding Privacy

Our booking centre operates in accordance with the aforementioned law on privacy. Therefore in execution of the requested services, the client explicitly allows the treatment of the personal data provided and their use for commercial, administrative, fiscal uses and for possible future communications regarding our operations. As regards the treatment of data, the following is specified:

  • The personal data acquired will be collected and used as permitted by the law, on computer and paper media, exclusively to provide the services requested, also when this data is made available to other partners in the same service.
  • The acquiring of personal data concerning the client is necessary in order to supply the services required. In the absence of this data it will not be possible to supply the services requested and fulfill the obligations linked to the provision of these services.
